DOCTORUV.COM (www.doctoruv.com) recently debuted its Ultra Cool line of UV-curing systems. The company says the units are specifically geared toward manufacturers of membrane switches. The conveyorized UV systems feature Fusion UV lamps and use quartz hot mirrors and cold dichroic reflectors. They're available in 20- and 30-in.-wide models, and other sizes are available upon request. Other features include UL/CE marked control cabinets, closed-loop speed control, stainless-steel wire belts, power-focus adjustment, and more. Standard safety features include UV-blocking doors, conveyor interlock with UV lamps, RF-microwave leak detector, and a lamp-failure-alarm tower.
