Do you consider yourself an idea person? In the July/August issue of Industrial + Specialty Printing magazine we’re running a contest to see who can come up with the best application idea for a printed battery.
Blue Spark Technologies has conquered the challenge of printing a 1.5 v battery that’s thin, small (the size of a square Band-Aid), and can be made fairly inexpensively. Their article, set for publication in the July 2011 edition of iSP, talks about how the battery was made in detail.
We would like to invite you to find a use for this printed battery. We'll publish an article about the best idea, provide 100 full-color reprints of the article to the winner, name the winner a Visionary Innovator, and award $200 in prize money from sponsor NorTech.
