DEK (www.dek.com) says its ProFlow system has evolved to deliver even greater electronics assembly performance, ease-of-use and environmental responsibility with ProFlow ATx. According to DEK, ProFlow ATx accommodates all solder pastes and provides the flexibility required by today’s demanding production environments. The technology combines a low-volume print chamber with a paste-loading mechanism, facilitating consistent process control and performance. ProFlow ATx’s conditioning grid actively conditions the solder paste within the print chamber, as DEK puts it, to deliver a robust paste roll for precise aperture filling. All materials are contained in a sealed environment, and loading from industry-standard packaging is automatic.
