Murakami
MSP-2 from Murakami Screen (www.murakamiscreen.com) is a presensitized PVA-SBQ direct emulsion formulated for electronic circuitry and other applications that require close-tolerance imaging. It is designed to adhere to stainless-steel and polyester mesh. MSP-2 can be used in fine-pattern and thick-film applications and coated to 1000 μm. It features a 42% solids content and can be used with solvent and UV inks. Murakami says the turquoise-colored emulsion exposes up to five times faster than diazo-based emulsion and offers extreme durability on press.
