Phoseon Technology introduced the FireJet FJ200 series
Phoseon Technology (www.phoseon.com) recently introduced what the company calls the most powerful member of its air-cooled line, the FireJet FJ200 series. These 8 W/cm2 products are designed for implementation in the coating and inkjet markets. Five emitting-window sizes are available: 1.7 x 0.78 in., 5.9 x 0.78 in., 8.8 x 0.78 in., 11.8 x 0.78 in., and 14.7 x 0.78 in. (75 x 20, 150 x 20, 225 x 20, 300 x 20, and 375 x 20 mm). The FireJet FJ200 UV-LED lamp scales by placing a second unit next to the original. According to Phoseon, unique optics ensure consistent uniformity at the substrate surface. The FJ200, a full self-contained unit, can be controlled via RS485 or PLC signals to provide for on-off and intensity control from 10-100%.
